Jacqui worked in admin and training for 20 years before starting The Office Genie.

Starting as training administrator at GPT Sales & Services (now part of Siemens) then PA to the Directors of a leading computer games software house in London; she then returned to Northampton to take up various roles as PA/Office Manager for a couple of manufacturing companies an then in the IT Education sector.

Jacqui is married to Ian, owner of Rainbow Frost Enterprises, a Northampton based building and decorating contractor.

Mo Kelleher, Customer Services Manager

Mo spent 16 years at Cable & Wireless looking after blue chip companies.

She also spent four years as PA for a bespoke carpet manufacturing business, and held a number of other sales/office roles for a variety of businesses.

 

 

 

Neil Barrett, IT Manager

Neil maintains The Office Genie IT infrastructure, ensuring the systems and computers run smoothly. This is a critical role because of the Genies' reliance on smart technology to complete work for clients.

Neil has a strong background in IT, working for several in-house IT departments over the last few years. He focuses much of his time on developing “future-proof” systems for The Office Genie.
