Pay Per Minute
Small monthly management charge to keep up to date ready to handle calls. Minutes can then be either bought @ 75p + vat per minute in bundles of 30 minutes in advance or simply pay 90p + vat per minute at the end of the month for minutes used.

Pay Per Call
Our Telephone Call Handling costs are based around your requirements. We charge a small monthly management fee that includes a set number of inclusive calls. We will take the time to ensure we put you on the right plan for your business needs. Your price plan can be changed on a monthly basis if required to reflect peaks/troughs in your business. Simply let us know 2 weeks prior to your next billing date.

Secretarial and other services

Pay Per Hour
Hourly rate for ad hoc work. Minimum of 1 hour, then payable in 15 minute increments.

Retainer
Buy blocks of time such as 10 / 20 / 30 / 40+ hours per month and pay in advance. Your hourly rate is then reduced. Pre-paid work takes priority over “pay per hour”.
