Out of hours voicemail that is answered every morning at 9am

When your business is closed or you are away, The Office Genie can take voicemail calls on your behalf. There are 4 options available:-

1. Your voicemail is set up as a Bulletin Board. Callers are not able to leave a message, but hear an announcement that is recorded specially for each client, such as “This is xyz Ltd. Our offices are now closed so please call back between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday”.
2. Your voicemail is set up in the conventional way with a personal message of your choice where callers can leave a message. You have your own dedicated PIN number to dial in and listen to your messages left. Messages not collected will be listened to by your Genie at 9am every day and messages sent to you as per your instruction.
3. Your voicemail is set up in the normal way with a personalised message of your choice and callers can leave a message which is then forwarded by email as a .wav file
4. Your voicemail is set up in the normal way with a personalised message of your choice. Callers can leave a message or elect to have the call re-routed to speak to someone - useful for clients who have early/late appointments.

It means that you can respond to out of hours voicemail more quickly than your competitors - even if you are out of the office.
