Worries for small business owners - are you ready for anything?
Small business owners have got a lot to think about and, while we all like to plan for a rainy day, it’s not always easy.
Here are just some of the things that the UK’s small business owners worry about, according to research.
Brexit - Almost one in five (39%) small business owners say that leaving the EU will take the shine out of their business, although the same number think they won’t be affected. About one in ten think their business will have an extra glow. Which are you?
Many businesses with a lot of employees from other European countries are worried that they might take flight or decide not to come to the UK. Does this sound like you?
Technology - New technology can turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse, so it’s not surprising that it’s on a lot of people’s minds. While many people know what they need, they are concerned they don’t have time to properly research the market and carefully plan their investment. Transport - Commuters whose trek to work takes less than 30 minutes can conjure up an extra seven days of productive time each year, compared with those who journey for more than an hour.
